Refund Policy for Essal Training Institute
At Essal, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs and ensuring the satisfaction of our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1 Course Cancellation: In the event that Essal Training Institute cancels a course, all enrolled students will be eligible for a full refund.
1.2 Student Withdrawal: If a student chooses to withdraw from a course, a refund may be granted based on the following conditions:
a) Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the student withdraws before the course start date.
b) Partial Refund: If a student withdraws after the course starts but within the first 25% of the scheduled duration, a partial refund will be granted. The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of classes attended.
c) No Refund: No refund will be provided if a student withdraws after attending 25% or more of the scheduled classes.
1.3 Unsatisfactory Training: If a student is not satisfied with the quality of the training received, they may request a refund. The refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Essal Training Institute will make reasonable efforts to address the student's concerns before considering a refund.
2. Refund Procedure
2.1 All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Essal Training Institute administration office.
2.2 The request must include the student's full name, course details, reasons for the refund, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
2.3 The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the course start date or within 7 days of the unsatisfactory training experience.
2.4 The refund request will be reviewed and processed within 30 days of receipt.
2.5 If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
3. Non-Transferability
3.1 Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original student who made the payment.
4. Administrative Fees
4.1 In certain cases, an administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover any administrative costs incurred by Essal Training Institute.
5. Exceptions
5.1 This refund policy does not apply to customized or tailored training programs specifically developed for an organization or individual.
